Remove From Cadence allows users to remove members from their current cadence. While cadences allow for users to be removed as a part of the automated flow, users may want to remove members from a cadence manually for any number of reasons.
Note: Removing a member from a cadence will complete the cadence and close any scheduled open touchpoints for the cadence member.
A removed member’s status will be marked as “removed” for reporting. Removing a Member from a cadence requires an outcome to be selected for the touchpoint. If it is marked as a positive sentiment, it will report as "converted", but if it is marked with a negative sentiment, it’ll show as "unsuccessful". You also have the ability to leave notes that will show up on the Touchpoint Object in the Notes field.
