Complete touchpoint allows you to manually complete a touchpoint in a cadence and select an outcome based on the engagement activity. This is typically used for custom touchpoints that are not set up to automatically complete.
If your organization has 'Close All Open Calls' or 'Close Current User's Open Calls' enabled in the Denali Conquer Connector Package, the Call Touchpoint will automatically be completed with the Denali Disposition of the call and no additional action is required. Otherwise, you can complete Call Touchpoints using the steps below.
Complete Touchpoint from Cadence Utilities
This can be accessed from Cadence Utilities > Open Touchpoints > Select an Action > Complete Touchpoint
To complete a touchpoint from Cadence Utilities, click on the Actions Dropdown and select Complete Touchpoint. A modal to select the Outcome will appear. Select the Outcome based on how the engagement went with the prospect. Optionally, you can enter notes which will be saved to the Notes field of the Touchpoint object. Click OK to complete the action.
Complete Touchpoint from Cadence Actions
This can be accessed from Cadence Actions > Active Cadences > Complete Touchpoint
To complete a touchpoint from Cadence Actions, click on the Actions Dropdown and select Complete Touchpoint. A modal to select the Outcome will appear. Select the Outcome based on how the engagement went with the prospect. Optionally, you can enter notes which will be saved to the Notes field of the Touchpoint object. Click OK to complete the action.
