Reschedule touchpoint allows you to reschedule the due date and due time of a touchpoint to a later time. You may want to reschedule a touchpoint if you are not ready to perform the touchpoint within the given timeline. Rescheduling a touchpoint will also affect the scheduled time to send automated emails down the line.
Reschedule Touchpoint from Cadence Utilities
This can be accessed from Cadence Utilities > Open Touchpoints > Select an Action > Reschedule Touchpoint
To reschedule a touchpoint from Cadence Utilities, click on the Actions Dropdown and select Reschedule Touchpoint. You will be presented with a Reschedule Touchpoint modal with ability to select a new due date and due time.

This can be accessed from Cadence Actions > Active Cadences > Reschedule Touchpoint
