Viewing a record from Cadence Utilities
This feature allows you to view the record page associated with a touchpoint. This can be accessed from Cadence Utilities > Open Touchpoints > Select an Action > View Record. It is not available in the Cadence Actions component of a Salesforce record.
If you want to see more detail before you perform a touchpoint, you can view the record from Cadence Utilities. Click on the Actions Dropdown and select View Record. The record will pop up on the user’s Salesforce screen.
