Perform Touchpoint

Perform touchpoint allows you to perform the selected email step using its designated cadence channel. Choosing Perform Touchpoint initiates the following action:

Populates the email address in the To field in Conquer Email on the Salesforce record page.

Performing Touchpoints from Cadence Utilities

To perform a touchpoint from Cadence Utilities, click on the Actions Dropdown and select Perform Touchpoint.

Performing Touchpoints from Cadence Actions

To perform a touchpoint from Cadence Actions, click on the Actions Dropdown and select Perform Touchpoint.

Note: Perform Touchpoint is only visible for email steps.
