Skip touchpoint allows you to manually skip a touchpoint in a cadence. You may want to skip a touchpoint due to changing circumstances or if certain actions were already performed on a record outside of the cadence.
Skipping a step will immediately schedule the next Touchpoint without completing the current Touchpoint. If there is no wait time between Touchpoints, the new Touchpoint will immediately become due. Any skipped steps will be reported as a status of "Skipped".
