View Instructions

Instructions are touchpoint notes from the manager to the user. Users can view these instructions from both Cadence Utilities and Cadence Actions.

View Instructions from Cadence Utilities

This can be accessed from Cadence Utilities > Open Touchpoints > Select an Action > Instructions

To view instructions from Cadence Utilities, click on the Actions Dropdown and select View Instructions. The instructions will display in a modal inside Cadence Utilities.

View Instructions from Cadence Actions

This can be accessed from Cadence Actions > Active Cadences > Instructions

To view instructions from Cadence Actions, click on the Actions Dropdown and select View Instructions. The instructions will display in a modal on the user’s Salesforce screen.
