Switch Cadence allows you to move cadence members to a different cadence. You may want members to switch between cadences based on feedback you receive from engaging with prospects in your current cadence.
Note: Moving a member to another cadence will complete any open touchpoints for the current cadence and schedule a touchpoint for the new cadence at the selected step.
A switched member’s status will be marked as “removed” for reporting. Switching a member to a new cadence requires an outcome to be selected for the touchpoint. If it is marked as a positive sentiment, it will report as "converted", but if it is marked with a negative sentiment, it’ll show as "unsuccessful". You also have the ability to leave notes that will show up on the Touchpoint Object in the Notes field.
