A cadence record can be accessed and switched by going to the Conquer Cadence Utilities Drawer, or by navigating to Cadence Actions and selecting the switch record option. This option allows a record to be switched from one Cadence to another. This means if a lead is currently enrolled a different lead can be selected to take its place.

This can be accessed from Cadence Utilities > Open Touchpoints > Select an Action > Switch Record

This can be accessed from Cadence Actions > Active Cadence > Switch Record
After selecting Switch Record, the change record box will populate on the screen.
First search for a replacement record (Lead is shown as the replacement record above) then confirm the starting step. It will default to the current status, and the due date/time. Next, select an Outcome for the record that is being removed and add notes if needed. Once complete, the record will be switched.
