Select Flow

Select Flow allows you to launch a Salesforce Flow if there are any that are associated with the particular Cadence or Cadence Step.

Select Flow from Cadence Utilities

This can be accessed from Cadence Utilities > Open Touchpoints > Select an Action > Select Flow

A Flow can also be launched from the wavy Flow icon. Hovering over the Flow icon also displays the number of Flows that are available to select.

Select Flow from Cadence Actions

This can be accessed from Cadence Actions > Active Cadences > Select Flow

A Flow can also be launched from the wavy Flow icon. Hovering over the Flow icon also displays the number of Flows that are available to select.
