Overview
This feature provides the ability to automatically skip touchpoints for enrolled Cadence members that have opted out of communication via two different channels: Phone Calls and Emails.
A Call Touchpoint can be auto-skipped if the enrolled record has the Salesforce native Do Not Call field marked. An Email Touchpoint can be auto-skipped if the enrolled record has the Salesforce native Email Opt Out field marked.
Configuration
This functionality can be configured for an entire Cadence or at the individual Cadence Step level. There is also an option to Log Auto Skipped Touchpoints. Configuration options are outlined below:
- If you want Auto Skipped Touchpoints logged in Salesforce: navigate to Setup | Custom Settings | Conquer Cadence Settings & check/mark the Log Auto-Skips field
- If you want ALL Cadences to automatically skip call Steps on Do Not Call records: navigate to Setup | Custom Settings | Conquer Cadence Settings & check/mark the Auto Skip Calls for DNC Records field
- If you want ALL Cadences to automatically skip email Steps on Email Opt Out records: navigate to Setup | Custom Settings | Conquer Cadence Settings & check/mark the Auto Skip Emails for EOO Records field
- If you want a particular Cadence to automatically skip call Steps on Do Not Call records: navigate to the Cadence record in Salesforce & mark the Auto Skip Calls for DNC Records field
- This field will need to be added to the Cadence Page Layout first
- If you want a particular Cadence to automatically skip email Steps on Email Opt Out records: navigate to the Cadence record in Salesforce & check/mark the Auto Skip Emails for EOO Records field
- This field will need to be added to the Cadence Page Layout first
- If you want a particular Call Cadence Step to automatically skip Do Not Call records: navigate to the Cadence Step record in Salesforce & mark the Auto Skip Calls for DNC Records field
- This field will need to be added to the Cadence Step Page Layout first
- If you want a particular Email Cadence Step to automatically skip Email Opt Out records: navigate to the Cadence Step record in Salesforce & mark the Auto Skip Calls for EOO Records field
- This field will need to be added to the Cadence Step Page Layout first
