You can sort your open touchpoints to view your touchpoints by a specified sort criteria from Cadence Utilities > Open Touchpoints > Sort Touchpoints. You will see options to sort by Priority, Cadence Member, and Due Date.
Note: All Touchpoint objects must have a value in the priority field in order for Sort By Priority to work. If a priority is empty, then a value will need to be entered.
First you have the option to group by Cadence, Touchpoint, Account or Opportunity. Choose Cadence to to see all Touchpoints, grouped by their respective Cadence. Choose Account to to see all Touchpoints, grouped by their respective Account. Choose Opportunity to to see all Touchpoints, grouped by their respective Opportunity. Group by Touchpoint to see a running list of all of a user's Touchpoints. Blue background color will indicate which option is currently active.
Drag and Drop functionality
Sorting priority can be set by dragging and dropping the sort options. To start sorting, click on an item you want to re-prioritize, drag it to the preferred sort priority, then drop it in place.
Note: Drag and drop functionality may not work for all users. If you find that drag and drop doesn’t work for you, continue with sorting by Click to Sort as an alternative.

Alternatively, the sorting priority can be changed by clicking the up arrow button on the left side of the sorting options. To start sorting, navigate to the option you want to prioritize by and simply click on the up arrow to change the sort priority.
Sorting by Ascending-Descending order
To change the order for a sort option, click on the up/down arrows on the right side of a sort option. This will change the sort order of your selected sort option.
For each sort option, the sort order can be set as the following:
- Priority (High to Low OR Low to High)
- Due Date (Old to New OR New to Old)
- Cadence Member (A-Z OR Z-A)
Note: Customers who are not on the most recent Conquer Package version may see sorting options only for Due Date.
