You can view the details of a touchpoint before taking action on a touchpoint by accessing Touchpoint Details from Cadence Utilities > Open Touchpoints > Touchpoint Details.
Here you can see the details of your touchpoint so you can review the provided information before performing your touchpoint.
To view the touchpoint details, click on the arrow icon on the left side of a touchpoint. You can view the following:
Touchpoint name - The name of this touchpoint.
Due date - The due date of the touchpoint. If the touchpoint is overdue, the date will display in red.
Record name (labeled as Lead in screenshot) - the Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity associated with this touchpoint.
Cadence - The Cadence associated with this touchpoint
Touchpoint - The number of this touchpoint out of the total touchpoints in the cadence.
Email - The email address associated with the record of this touchpoint.
Phone - The phone number associated with the record of this touchpoint.
Due date - The date and time this touchpoint is due.
