To build templates for predefined messaging accessible to users, navigate to Cadence Management > Email > Templates > New Template.
Here, you can create reusable email templates for your cadences so you can enable your users to send predefined emails to prospects.
You have the options to name the template, add subject line, assign to Salesforce profiles, add email body, add merge fields, lock content, preview template and save template. You also have the ability to select a Footer if you have created one.
The "Lock Subject Line" checkbox will prevent Email users from modifying the subject line when using the template to send an email manually.
At this time, it's not possible to duplicate templates, add attachments to templates, save draft templates, use HTML in templates, upload images via computer or add email signatures on the front-end (signatures can be hard coded by request).
