Create personalized email templates to save time in a user’s day when performing email touchpoints.
To get to the Templates page, navigate to Cadence Management > Email > Templates. Here you can view, manage, and create email templates and template folders.
In the Templates table you can search for templates and see the template name, version number, status, created at time and updated at time.
Create
The Create button will provide you the option to create a new Template Folder or Template.

Select "⋯" next to the template or folder for the Actions Menu to open.
The Actions menu will provide different options to use when selected for a Template and for a Folder.
View: Preview view of template with no editing options
Delete: Confirmation warning will open before template or folder will be deleted
Edit: Opens editor for folders only to change the name and assigned profile. To make changes to a template, clone the existing template and make your changes.
Move: The option to move a specific template in and out of a folder. A new window will open asking to select which folder the template is to be moved to.
Create Template Version: Opens the template editor with a complete copy of the template assigned as the next version.
Create Folder: This will create a new folder inside of an existing folder and have the option to assign to a profile. To create a new standalone folder, use the Create button.
Create Template: Using this option to create a template from the Action menu of a Folder will automatically place the new template inside of the existing folder.
Clone: Creates a copy of the template and opens the template editor to be made as a new standalone template and not as a version.
Note: If you delete a template with multiple versions, all versions will be deleted.
