To use Conquer Voice, first read the Welcome to Conquer Voice! article for dialer location and first-time registration.
Audio Connections
Conquer Voice offers two audio connection options:
1-Computer Audio
Using Computer Audio For Calls needs a stable internet connection. Poor connectivity may affect call quality.
Select your input and output devices, then allow your browser to use them for audio.
If you see two options, choose the one labeled "headset name" and test it.
Click Save.

2-Call Me
This option requires a softphone, desk phone, or cell phone. The calling number depends on your phone's area code. Check our Conquer Connect Numbers for details.
Your phone will connect calls from your CRM without revealing your personal number.
Enter Your Phone Number for the device you'll use to make calls.
Click Save.
Note: Clients won't see this number or call you back through it. It is exclusively used to connect you to Conquer.
If you have a Conquer Inbound DID, do not enter it here; ensure your Caller ID is set up correctly.
Connect Your Agent Session
Simply change the dialer status from Disconnected to Connected and you can begin making calls with Conquer Voice!
Now you are connected and will remain connected until you end your session.
You can end your session by hanging up your phone or by selecting Disconnect from the dropdown menu.
