Conquer Connect Numbers for Call Me - Accepting Agent Session Connection

This table displays the Caller ID for each US state that Conquer will use when calling to establish an Agent Session.  This only applies to agents who are using Call Me to establish their Agent Session.  This does not apply to agents who are Using Computer Audio For Calls for agents using Conquer outside of the US.

As an agent, you should be ready to accept calls from the state-based number listed here that corresponds the state of the phone number entered in the Call Me - Your Phone Number field in User Settings.

For example, if (303) 829-1234 is in Your Phone Number, the call from Conquer to connect an Agent Session will come from (970) 806-6267.  Area code 303 is a Colorado area code, so the call from Conquer to connect an Agent Session will come from (970) 806-6267 which is Conquer's connection Caller ID in state of Colorado.
