The DS Management tab is where account-wide Conquer Voice settings are configured. There are several sections here, all of which contain a lot of powerful tools.
| Agent List: shows a list of all agents and their user settings | |
| Settings: configure account-wide settings here. This includes your API User, Campaign refresh interval, and many global settings such as Auto Record and Disposition Locking. | |
| Agent Status: shows the status of each agent currently connected to Conquer Voice. Gives the option to whisper, monitor, barge, and disconnect them as needed. | |
| Inbound Status: shows the status of each current inbound call. This will only appear if your org is configured for Inbound. | |
| Agent Groups: Create and configure Agent Groups here. | |
| Inbound DID: moved over to Workspace for Salesforce. Dynamics customers can use the Legacy Inbound DID tab. | |
| Queue Dashboard: Shows live statistics for users in your Inbound and DLD queues. Requires additional configuration, so discuss this with your Customer Success Manager if it sounds like something you'll want. |
