The Caller Input Step lets you play a recording that encourages the caller to enter digits for lookups in a CRM Query. Typically, this step is followed by a CRM Query Step that uses the caller's input to find a matching record in Salesforce.
Add the Caller Input Step
To add a Caller Input step to your Call Flow, select the Caller Input step from the Steps list and drag it to your flow.
Caller Input Step Configurations
When a caller calls, play the following recording
Select the desired recording that will play to the caller from the drop down menu.
Max Digits
Set the max number of digits the caller will be allowed to input.
Repeat recording if caller doesn't respond
Set the amount of time (in seconds) that the recording will repeat if no input is detected.
Advanced options
The advanced options allows you to set the Max Attempts that the recording will repeat without any user input.
