Email Unsubscribe Feature

Overview

When enabled, an unsubscribe URL is dynamically inserted into emails sent via Conquer Email.  The hyperlink will display below the email signature. Since this URL is inserted dynamically, it cannot be included directly within an email signature or directly within an email disclosure/disclaimer.

This feature is available for Customers who leverage both Conquer Voice + Conquer Cadence.  Please contact your CSM if you are interested in enabling this feature.

Note: The Configuration Account User (located in DS Management | Settings) must be configured to have Edit access to the Email Opt Out (HasOptedOutOfEmail) field on both the Lead and Contact Objects.

Configuring Unsubscribe

Specify what name to display within the unsubscribe page text (ex: Company Name) and which logo should appear above the unsubscribe page text. The unsubscribe hyperlink text can be customized, along with the font, font size, and font color.

1. Locate the unsubscribe hyperlink within Conquer Email
   • Click the unsubscribe URL to open the confirmation page. 
   • Numbers 2-6 are what the email recipient will see

2. Add a logo image to the top of the confirmation page.
3. Customize the display name, ideally your Company Name (e.g., "Example Unsubscribe").
4. The recipient's email address is auto-filled.
5. Click Submit to update the Email Opt Out field (HasOptedOutOfEmail) to True for all Contact and Lead records with that email in Salesforce.

6. The confirmation page displays after clicking the Submit button
