Conquer Scheduler is a tool built by Conquer that allows reps and service agents to easily schedule meetings with prospects and allows prospects and customers to easily schedule a meeting with sales and service teams based on their availability that is fully functional and capable inside Salesforce.
Your recipient will receive an email with your Scheduler link, making it easy for them to book a meeting with you. This article explains what they can expect.
When the booker clicks on the link, a new window will open. They can choose to schedule the meeting manually or use the auto-schedule feature by syncing their Google or Microsoft account.
If they opt for auto scheduling, they can select the appropriate account. Once their Google or Microsoft account is synced, they'll be able to see available times and any conflicts, making it easier to schedule the meeting.
After that, they'll see a thank you screen:
Once the meeting is scheduled, the booker will receive two confirmation emails. The first will include all the meeting details, while the second will provide the video conferencing link and/or the physical address.
The booker will also have the option to reschedule or cancel the meeting using the links provided in the confirmation email.
