The DS Admin tab contains several features that are involved in the day to day administration of Conquer Voice, as well as account-level security and compliance settings.

Account Recording Management: View all recordings created by users for voicemail drop-ins, inbound greetings, and voicemail greetings. If applicable, you can also manage external recording and encryption settings. External recordings and encryption must be enabled by the Conquer team, so if this sounds like something your team wants but doesn't have, you'll want to reach out to your Customer Success Manager. |

Campaign Manager (deprecated for Salesforce users): Previously used to create and manage the original Conquer Voice Campaigns. See the new Campaign Manager below. Note: Dynamics users will still manage campaigns here. |

Disposition Manager: Create and manage Conquer Voice Dispositions. |

RTPQ: This allows you to view and manage records that have gone to your organization's RTPQ, a tool which allows real-time delivery of records that fit your pre-set criteria to users who are currently active in a Campaign. Additional configuration is required to use RTPQ. |

Recording Redaction: This allows you to view and manage Recording Redaction by location. This feature must also be enabled on the Conquer back end, but the menu will appear regardless. If you want to use this feature, confirm with your Customer Success Manager or Support that the feature is enabled for you. |

Audit Log: Shows a record of changes made to several account-level settings. This will allow you to see what changes were made and when. |

Campaigns (Salesforce users only): Our new Campaigns Management system allows admins to create and manage campaigns for seamless outbound calling. The new Campaigns Manager is now available to all customers. |

Campaign Scheduler (Salesforce users only): A powerful new tool to schedule rep access to multiple Campaigns. Requires the new Campaigns to be active. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information. |
