Located under the Target icon, this allows you to configure call recording redaction settings by US state, Canadian province, or territory.
Note: If a number's specific location is not included in the existing list, it will be considered a part of the "Not Found" section for the purpose of recording redaction settings. This includes Toll-Free numbers in the US and Canada as well as any other countries or territories that are not specifically listed.
For each location you can choose to record either the agent leg of the call, both legs of the call, or no part of the call for both inbound and outbound calls in Conquer Voice. The location of the call is determined by area code.
This feature must be enabled on the back end for your organization by a member of the Conquer team. The menu will appear even if the feature hasn't been enabled, but the feature must be enabled for any changes to be applied.
Recording the Lead Leg Calls for 2-Party States
For customers leveraging Recording Redaction & Auto Record, we provide the ability for an Agent to begin recording the Lead leg of a call in States where Recording Redaction is set to only record the Agent leg. Please contact your CSM for additional information and/or to enable this additional feature.
When enabled, an Agent can click on the Record button in the dialer to see the new Record all parties button. Once Record all parties is clicked, recording will begin for the Lead side of the conversation.
