Linking an Unknown Call on Mobile
Follow
- Navigate to Conquer Mobile in the Menu Bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the Unknown Caller record.
- Search for the matching record within the ‘Search for Record’ box.
- Select the applicable record that you want to link the call to.
- L = Lead.
- C = Contact.
- You can search by phone number as well, not just name as shown in the screenshot.
- Once the record has been selected, click the blue Link button.
- Now you are able to disposition the call.
