Overview
In-Person Meetings is a feature for Agents using Conquer Mobile through the Salesforce app. This feature enables Agents to record and log live meetings to Salesforce, and view them in Conquer AI Insights.
Note: Conquer Mobile is required to use this feature. To activate Conquer Mobile, contact your CSM.
Recording Controls
You can start recording a meeting in two ways:
- Using the In-Person Meeting tab in the sidebar of the Mobile app.
- Clicking on the Start Meeting button in the MobileDetail component for a record.
While you can start a meeting without having a record selected and link it afterwards, we recommended to first navigate to the appropriate record and then start the meeting.
When "Start Meeting" is clicked, the Agent's phone will ring (using the Conquer Voice A Leg number in the app). Once answered, audio recording begins. Users can pause/resume recording and take notes, with speech-to-text support for notes via the mobile device's input method.
After the Call
The Call Campaign field will display "In Person Meeting" for reporting. Agents can log In-Person Meetings just like with other call types, including adding notes. The activity history is updated after the meeting, as with any other call type.
