1. Navigate to Conquer Mobile in the Menu Bar at the bottom of the screen.
- The icons next to calls provide a visual indicator for what type of call it is.
- i. Arrow pointing down & to the left = inbound call.
- ii. Arrow pointing up & to the right = outbound call.
- iii. Yellow icon = call that needs to be dispositioned.
- i. Arrow pointing down & to the left = inbound call.
2. Select the call that needs to be dispositioned.
3. Click on the Disposition button.
4. Select the applicable disposition.
5. Enter Notes.
6. Click Save.
Note: Calls that came in via mobile can be dispositioned from desktop as well.
