Overview
The Auto Record feature in Conquer allows you to automatically record calls made by agents. You can enable it in two ways:
- Agent Group level: Record calls for agents in specific groups only.
- Global settings: Record all calls made by agents across the system.
Set Auto Record for a Specific Group
- Go to DS Management.
- Click on Agent Groups.
- Edit the desired agent group.
- Enable the Auto Record toggle within the group settings.
- Click Save.

Set Auto Record Globally
- Go to DS Management.
- Click on Settings. (scroll down to the Global Settings)
- Enable the Auto Record toggle for Global Settings.
- Click Save to apply changes across all groups.
