In general, campaigns shouldn't need manual refreshing except for when the source reports are timing out. Essentially, every time a report is run, it queries the CRM database using the report filters as the search criteria. It can time out because the report is too complex, there is too much data in the org, or your CRM's own servers are experiencing high traffic and queries that would normally be fine take just a little bit too long. If the report times out on the CRM side, our system pauses auto refreshes for that Campaign to avoid potentially overwhelming your resources.

Sometimes campaigns don't refresh even after a manual refresh, if that happens take the following steps:
1. Try to log in to Salesforce using the credential for the Configuration Account user to make sure that Conquer has access to the report.
2. If you are able to log in and successfully run the source report manually as the configuration user and see what happens - it's possible the report has been moved or deleted.
3. If the report can be accessed in the CRM, but the campaign still can't be manually refreshed, contact our Support team with the names of Campaigns stuck in this manner and they will reset them for you.
