My agent is unable to create Campaigns.
- Do they have the appropriate permissions? Make sure they have the “Export Reports” permission in Salesforce. This can be granted as part of their Profile or as part of a Permission Set.
- Have you added the agent to Conquer Call Center? Agents must be added to Conquer Call Center to create Campaigns. To add agents to Conquer Call Center:
Navigate to Setup in Salesforce and type “Call Centers” in the Quick Find search bar then click on the Call Centers hyperlink. Next, click on the Conquer hyperlink then click on the Manage Call Center Users button:
Click on the Add More Users button:
Filter all your agents designated for Conquer licenses. Afterward, click on the Find button then click on the Add to Call Center button to give agents Conquer licenses:
