Cause 1
This is due to being logged into a Dynamics CRM Online organization that is using a Windows Live ID and then trying to login to a Dynamics CRM organization with a User Id that is associated with your Office 365 Services. The cookies that are used in the browser sessions are trying to use your previous credentials to login.
Cause 2
This is due to being logged into a Dynamics CRM Online organization with a User Id that is associated with your Office 365 Services and then trying to login to a Dynamics CRM organization that is using a Windows Live ID. The cookies that are used in the browser sessions are trying to use your previous credentials to login.
To resolve either of the issues do one of the following:
Resolution 1
Click the Sign Out button on the page that you see the error on. Then log back in with the correct login to access your Dynamics CRM Online organization.
Resolution 2
Start your browser in incognito mode. Then try to access your Dynamics CRM Online Organization.
