GenAI for Conquer Email

Overview

GenAI in Conquer Email integrates with Salesforce, automatically suggesting responses based on past interactions. This allows for quick, personalized replies via the Conquer Email component on Salesforce record pages or the Cadence Utilities drawer. The GenAI engine analyzes past emails to recommend a body and subject line, which can be customized.  We encourage users to explore the benefits of this feature to quickly and personally communicate with .

Using GenAI Email

Once enabled, a clickable button will appear in the top right corner of the Conquer Email component on any Salesforce record page and in the Docked Email Composer within Cadence Utilities.

1. Navigate to the appropriate Salesforce record page (Contact, Lead, Account, or Opportunity) or access Conquer Email from the Cadence Utilities drawer. Open Conquer Email or the Docked Email Composer.
2. Start drafting an email, using a template, or leave the email blank.
3. Click the GenAI email feature button.
4. The GenAI window will open, featuring three sections:
   
   • Original Email: This section shows the subject and body of the current email in the composer. It’s read-only and will be empty if no text or template is selected.  
   • Recommendations: A list of suggested items based on your current draft and previous interactions with the Salesforce record. 
   • Suggested Email: Displays the AI-generated subject and body. You can edit the text directly here or after applying the suggestion.
5. To use the suggested content, click the Take Suggested Email button. This will populate the email composer with the AI-generated content, which you can further edit before sending.

Customizing the Generated Content

GenAI Email offers two single-click actions to customize the suggested content:

• Optimize Subject Line: Clicking this option will prompt the AI engine to generate an improved subject line. A reload icon will indicate that the AI is processing your request.
• Shorten Content: Clicking this option will instruct the AI engine to make the body of the email more concise. A reload icon will indicate that the AI is processing your request.

You can also directly edit the suggested subject line and email body at any time before sending.

To use the optimized content, click the Take Suggested Email button. This will populate the email composer with the AI-generated content, which you can further edit before sending.

Note: If you attempt to use GenAI Email with a blank email composer while there are no prior email interactions on the record, you will receive an error message indicating that there is no information available to generate suggestions.
