Choosing a Template from and Template Folder

Overview

When a Cadence user performs an Email Step connected to a specific Email Folder, the email composer interface becomes interactive and invites the user to select a template. This selection takes place in two main areas: the subject line and the body of the email.

With this feature, Cadence makes it simple to personalize emails using predefined templates, improving efficiency while allowing for tailored communications.

Note: Only templates from the selected folder are shown in the list, making it easier and faster to find the right one for your communication needs.

Once you've selected your template, continue with the Email Template to complete the Email Step. Following the steps ensures everything is done correctly, enabling you to craft a polished and effective email that meets your goals.
