Cadence Actions Overview

Cadence Actions is a Lightning web component to enroll Salesforce records into cadences, to view a snapshot of activity history across its enrolled cadences and to perform Cadence Actions.

You can access Cadence Actions on the Lead/Contact/Opportunity/Account layout in Salesforce.

Here you can quickly view the cadences and touchpoints related to a specific record in Salesforce so you can interact with the record efficiently depending on where they are in a cadence. You can enroll a record in a cadence, view active cadences and look up cadence history.
