Conquer Conversation View allows users to view sent and received email messages from a Cadence inside Salesforce to easily track engagement threads with records inside a Cadence.
- View sent and received messages from a record
- Search for keywords within the Conversation View
- Filter Conversations by All Time, Today, This Week, This Month, or Custom
- Show/Hide All Conversations
- Refresh Conversations
- Reply to email messages inside Conversation View (coming soon)
Note: If you do not have Conversation View enabled first, please contact your admin or Customer Success Manager for assistance. Currently, Conversation View is available for Microsoft Outlook users only. Availability for Gmail users will be coming soon.
Note: Bounced emails will not show in Conversation View.
