Conquer Conversation View allows users to view sent and received email messages from a Cadence inside Salesforce to easily track engagement threads with records inside a Cadence.
Conversation view will populate when using click to dial.
When a voice user is added to Cadence historical dial activity will not show in Conversation View. However, current and future calls will if the cadence user is also a voice user as well.

For Email, Conquer captures all conversation traffic from email addresses that received a Conquer email. This means that any messages sent by the recipient back to the user, whether on the existing thread or a brand new thread entirely, will be logged within Conversation View as though they were sent through Cadence.
Messages that are tracked in this manner will be owned by the most recent sender and logged to the previous object that was logged against for the email address. Additionally, the listener function is renewed for 90 days every time a new email is sent through Conquer. This means that the email address will be tracked for 90 days from the last email sent through Conquer. If no emails are sent through Conquer within 91 days, replies and new threads will no longer be tracked until another Conquer email is sent to that address.

Note: Bounced emails will not show in Conversation View.
