By default, Conquer Voice call recordings are kept for 30 days, expiring after that. For security reasons, expired recordings are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
If your business needs to retain recordings for longer, you have the option to purchase extended recording retention. However, it's important to note that recording retention adjustments aren't retroactive. A recording will be retained for the recording retention time that's current when the call is recorded.
