Logging Disposition Fields

Disposition Fields are extra fields for you to log additional information about a call.  After placing a call on the dialer you are met with the option to disposition the call using a Disposition Field similar to what is seen below.

If a disposition has been configured with Disposition Fields, the additional fields will display after the disposition is selected. Any values that are already saved to the fields should be pre-populated. Fill out the optional and required fields as needed, then click Save. The field values will be logged to the record as seen Below.
