Overview
The Conquer Voice interface adapts depending on your selected connection method: Computer Audio or Call Me. Both options allow you to manage calls directly within your CRM sidebar or footer, but the visible interface elements can differ slightly.
This article walks through each view so you can recognize the controls available with each method.
Conquer Voice Interface
When you are connected to Conquer Voice, the following items will be available to you if they have all been enabled and configured properly.
- User Settings – Open to manage audio settings and preferences.
- Connection Status – Shows if you’re connected and lets you connect or disconnect.
- Inbound Toggle – Enable or disable inbound call availability (if enabled).
- Call Forwarding – Enable or disable call forwarding (if enabled).
- Keypad (DTMF) – Use to enter digits during a call. (Computer Audio Only)
- Microphone – Mute or unmute your microphone. (Computer Audio Only)
- AI BattleCards – Displays dynamic call tips based on keywords spoken during a conversation.
- Call Controls – Access quick dial group, dial pad, and inbound queues while on a call.
- Queue Position – Displays your current position in a queue if Inbound Ready is enabled.
- Report Issue – Submit an issue report related to the dialer.
- InstaQueues – View and dial from available InstaQueues.
- Campaigns – View and dial from Campaigns.
- Call History – View recent and missed calls.
- Campaign Search – Find a campaign by name.
- Campaign List – Shows available campaigns and how many records are ready to dial.
