To adjust screen pop settings, go to Salesforce Setup and search for Softphone Layouts.
Click New to create a layout or Edit to modify an existing one.
Name your layout and set it as default if it's the only one. Choose Inbound under "Select Call Type," even if not used.

Doesn't Conquer not use Salesforce Softphone Layouts? It's through a Call Center definition + URL.
Allison Heying Conquer Voice appears in the utility bar for every configured Salesforce app if a user is assigned to a Call Center and the CTI adapter has been setup (with a URL). Softphone Layout is where some additional and optional settings can be configured and assigned, similar to Page Layouts; but in particular this is where Screen Pop is configured.
