Cadence/Cadence step-Allowable outcome

Overview

Custom Metadata Types allow admins to specify which outcomes appear at the Cadence and/or Cadence Step level.   This is done by adding the appropriate Cadence Touchpoint Outcome name values to the name field on the Cadence object called 'Allowed Outcomes.'  

Navigate to Setup > Custom Code > Custom Metadata Types.

Click Cadence Touchpoint Outcome.

Copy the Touchpoint Outcome Names (Not Labels) as they appear in the Cadence Touchpoint Outcomes Highlighted box.

Navigate to the Cadence that is being edited and select Details. 

Paste the Touchpoint Outcome Names (Not Labels) that were copied, separated by commas:

Click Save.

Navigate back to the Cadence and Click Related.  The will bring the Cadences steps up. 

In this Area you can Edit what steps you would like to see the Allowed Outcomes Appear on.

Once the desired Cadence step is selected you can enter the Allowed Outcomes and you are all set.
