Conquer Conversation View allows users to view calls and sent and received email messages and custom step information from a Cadence inside Salesforce to easily track engagement threads with records inside a Cadence.
In the top right there are buttons to refresh the Conversation View and to filter the Conversation View.
Filter Conversations
You can filter conversations by date created by clicking on the filter icon on the top right hand side of the Conversation View component. This will open the filter dropdown.
In the dropdown, you have options to filter by Type or Date. Select a filter you want to filter by.
For using the Custom Date option, enter a Start Date and End date.
Conversations are filtered automatically to your selected filter option.
