Conquer is receiving reports from European users attempting to connect their Agent Sessions via Call Me. Computer Audio is not impacted. Users in the US are not impacted at this time. We are currently investigating the issue and will post updates here as soon as new information becomes available.
Update 3:15 AM PT: The scope has been expanded to include outbound calls to international destinations as well. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and implement a resolution as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as additional information is available.
Update 6:15 AM PT: International calling, both for Agent Sessions and outbound calling, has been restored. An RCA will be posted at a later time.
