We are currently experiencing telephony issues with our upstream carriers. There is no workaround at this time. We will update as more information becomes available.
UPDATE 9:38 AM PT: Our team has identified the issue and applied a fix. Service is now being restored following internal testing. If you're still experiencing trouble connecting, submit a support ticket and we'll assist you right away.
Update 11:05 AM PT: Conquer routes voice traffic through multiple domestic carriers to maintain redundancy and resilience. Over the past several days, we have been actively responding to upstream carrier instability that affected portions of our network.
Earlier this week, one of our carriers reported regional congestion in their JFK datacenter that correlated with intermittent connectivity issues on our platform. As a precautionary measure, we adjusted our carrier routing to rule out upstream issues and continued monitoring closely. We tested several routing configurations over the following days to validate stability across both carriers.
Today, we observed a separate, unrelated disruption with our secondary carrier that briefly impacted call initiation. Our team investigated immediately and confirmed there were no issues on our account, billing, or configuration. We restored full service by rebalancing traffic across our carrier pool.
We appreciate everyone's patience while we worked through these upstream issues, and we'll continue monitoring carrier health closely. If you experience any further connectivity concerns, please reach out to support.
