Grant Subscriber Account Login Access

If our Support or Development teams need access to your environment for troubleshooting or configuration, you can now set that up from within Salesforce. Just a few clicks, and we're ready to go.

You can easily grant access for a specific amount of time. You can also share access with a Conquer (formerly Dialsource) support representative if needed.

For your security, the longest you can grant access is 1 year. Once you do, administrators or support representatives will be able to use your login to access your data and help you out with any issues you might be facing.

1. At the top of any Salesforce page, click on your image, and then select Settings.
2. In the Quick Find box, type in Grant, and then choose Grant Account Login Access.
3. To set how long the access will last for your company’s administrator or Salesforce.com support, pick a value from the Access Duration dropdown.
4. Don’t forget to save your changes!

If an administrator, support representative, or publisher makes any setup changes using your login, you can find those changes listed in the setup audit trail along with the username. In some cases, your organization might also keep a record of the clicks made by an administrator while logged in as you for auditing purposes.
