Time Blocks are used to define hours of the day that your business is open. Any hours outside of the configured open hours or all hours on Closed Dates that are defined are considered as closed. Time Blocks are used as a decision step for Call Flows.
Create a Time Block
In the Time Blocks subtab you can create Time Blocks to route a call based on time of day configurations. You can find this from Conquer Voice Workspace → Call Flows → Time Blocks. Time Blocks are created by clicking "Create Time Block".
Time Block Configurations
General
Name - Displayed on the canvas in the Call Flows Builder and the list of Time Blocks in Conquer Voice Workspace.
Time Zone - This time zone will apply to the Open Hours selected.
Open Hours
Choose which days will be affected by this time block. For each day, select a complete continuous window of time that your business is open.
Closed Dates
Closed dates override the Open Hours. Even if a day of the week has open hours available, a Closed Date for a specific date will override the Open Hours for that day. Closed dates can be set to automatically reoccur (such as annual holidays) by checking the Box.
