Conquer Voice Maintenance Announcement for December 27, 2022

Good morning, Conquer Voice users. This afternoon at 4pm Pacific Time, Conquer Engineering will be performing system maintenance for internal improvements. No downtime is scheduled and no user impact is anticipated.

    The part of our maintenance intended to make the backup process more resilient for when on-hold music has trouble loading negatively affected a subset of users in Europe who were not able to establish agent sessions.  Our dev team was alerted 9:20am UTC and we rolled back these changes at 9:50am for the European server.  All functionality returned to normal at that time.
