Blacklist Numbers in SMS

If you're receiving unwanted text messages from unauthorized sources, you can easily block those numbers to stop future communications.

As an admin, managing these settings is simple. 

1. Open the 360 SMS app in Salesforce.
2. Go to the SMS Setup tab to adjust your SMS settings.
3. In the SMS Setup section, find the option to edit BlackListed Numbers and add the numbers you want to block. 

Following these steps will filter out future messages from these sources, improving your messaging experience.
