UPDATE: Our engineering team has discovered the cause and begun the process of mitigating the issue. Users should start to experience expected behavior in the next 15-30 minutes.
UPDATE: The resolution is underway and may take several hours to fully propagate. Some agents are back online, but others might face intermittent connectivity. We're monitoring the situation, and some users have regained full access within minutes.
UPDATE: The resolution has completed propagating and systems are back online. Although we anticipate all systems are operating as expected, there may be intermittent issues over the next 24 hours. If you are experiencing issues with the dialer loading, we recommend that you clear cache and cookies and restart your browser. Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue.
