We are receiving reports of Chrome users receiving an error message when attempting to access our Knowledge Base at https://support.conquer.io. We are currently investigating the issue and working with our platform provider to restore uninterrupted access.
Currently only Chrome is impacted. Other browsers such as Edge, Firefox, and Safari do not have any restrictions. We will update here when more information becomes available.
Update 9:15am PT: Parts of Conquer.io, including the knowledge base and marketing site, are still affected, along with additional browsers beyond Chrome. We are working to restore full service for our Knowledge Base and website. Conquer services and applications are functioning normally.
Update 9:40am PT: The issue is identified, and we're working with our hosting provider to confirm the fix. Our marketing and support domains are back up, but users might still see security alerts until subdomain flags are cleared. We're collaborating with Google to resolve this, and the timeline may vary.
Update 10:15am PT: No Conquer products were affected. The temporary disruption in our marketing and support services caused by a third-party plug-in issue has been resolved. We are currently taking steps to enhance stability and prevent future occurrences.
Update 11:30am PT: Users with browsers other than Chrome are reporting success in visiting both the marketing and support sites.
Update 6:15pm PT: Google has finished reviewing our domain and is starting to remove flags. This may take a few hours, after which Chrome users will no longer see security messages.
