We want to let you know that we are currently investigating an incident involving outbound call failures over our domestic carrier. Some customers are reporting an increase in failures when attempting to connect or make outbound calls.
Please be assured that the relevant teams are fully engaged in diagnosing the issue and working towards a resolution, and we are working to reroute traffic in the meantime.
We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore normal service.
Update 7:25 PT: The issue has been identified and work is being done to deploy a fix.
Update 8:30 PT: A fix has been deployed and currently monitoring for stability.
Update 10:36 PT: Our carrier states the issue is fully resolved. They rerouted traffic away from the impacted routes by 7:25 PT and service has been fully restored as of 8:30 PT.
