⏰ Reminder: Mandatory Migration | May 6, 2024 | Legacy Inbound → Call Flows

Hello Conquer family,

In our continuous efforts to provide an improved user experience, on May 6th, 2024 we will deprecate some legacy features in favor of more recent and capable features.  This impacts all organizations who have not migrated yet, even if the feature is not currently in use.

How to Prepare

In order for a migration to take place, there are some prerequisites that need to be in place first:

• ⚠️All Inbound DIDs need to have an Inbound Disposition Group configured, or the migration will fail.  The value of 'None' cannot be accepted.
  
• If you are using custom permissions and profiles in your Salesforce org, you must verify that users will have access to the Denali_Workspace Visualforce page.
• It is essential to have a minimum version of 12.25e or 12.29s of the Conquer Voice Managed Package installed.  For instructions on how to check your version, click here.
• Familiarize yourself with Workspace.

We understand that this transition may require some adjustments but rest assured that we are committed to providing a seamless experience. Please note that the May 6th deadline for mandatory migration is fast approaching, so we strongly advise taking the necessary steps before that date to avoid any disruptions in your workflows.
